Shade annuals are now some of my favorite plants to work with! There are some really unique flowering and foliage options that give beautiful creations. I used to assume all plants needed a lot of sun to survive. I’d get discouraged during the spring season, as everyone was planting beautiful planters…for the sunny areas. Meanwhile, I’m looking out of my window at my wonderfully shaded, yet bare, yard.
Well, good news! I couldn’t have been more wrong. There are a lot of breathtaking shade annuals to work with. Everything from delicate blooms to dense foliage.
